If my budget allowed, I would buy a human hair wig every time. The hair is softer and more natural and lasts longer if well taken care of. That being said, I own about 30 wigs and only two of them are human hair, the rest are synthetic but they are all high quality. And because I can rotate wearing them, they last me a lot longer. I have synthetic wigs that have lasted 5 years or more. Raquel Welch, Jon Renau, Rene of Paris, Estetica and Ellen Wille all make excellent synthetic wigs. Some are heat friendly and can be styled.
